Episode 153: The Odd Couple

In this episode, we take a look at the 1968 comedy classic, The Odd Couple!  Widely considered to be one of the best comedies of all time… we didn’t really like it that much.  There’s no denying that there’s a lot of talent that went into the movie and it’s a classic set up of opposites attracting, but we think you get more bang for your buck with the tv show.

In this episode, we take a look at the 2017 graphic novel turned indie film, My Friend Dahmer! Megan thinks maybe things would have turned out differently if more people had asked the question, “Are you okay, Jeff?”  But they didn’t… and a bunch of people ended up dead.

Episode 150: Runaway Train

In this episode, we take a look at the 1985 action thriller from Cannon Films, Runaway Train.  It scored three Academy Award nominations and won Jon Voight a Golden Globe for Best Actor. It was based on a screenplay by Akira Kurosawa.  It was nominated for Palme d’Or at the Cannes Film Festival.  Critics loved it. BUT IT WAS A CANNON FILM THO.  Why bad air? Certainly not.
